Kris came out right away when I called for an estimate to remove a large tree close to my house. We negotiated and his guys did the job the same day. They were top notch. This is the 2nd time I have used them, first one went well, this time they let loose a tree lime, hit the house putting a hole in it and the redwood deck was damaged as well. Also they called a subcontractor to come and pick up the wood from the removal in stead of mulching it, he came and took two truck loads, left and said he would be back for the rest of it. NEVER happened and my calls to Chris and Mark from Knock Em Out trees Service went unanswered. I am now out the cost of disposing of these large tree chunks. Bad business.
Mark is very professional and I can’t say anything better about how I was treated. His guys work very hard and they cut down a tree that fell in my yard.
