Great service, highly skilled, fast and efficient, good clean up! The negative reviews below are from people that have no clue what they are talking about. These guys are the real deal, I cut trees weekly and know quality work when I see it. I will use them again for jobs too big for me to handle, like the one in the attached video of them taking down one of three VERY large palms.
We've used Tony Gomez Tree Service several times over the years. Their work has always been exceptional. Recently, we had six large palm trees trimmed. The crew was wonderful in that the work was perfect and the clean up fastidious. They honored my requirement that they not use spikes. My only complaint is with the office staff. I was told I would be called the day before with an approximate time the workers would arrive. I received no call and the workers arrived at 7:30 a.m. I couldn't blame them for the inconvenience.
whoever you’re hiring to be your drivers need to be fired! caught them making reckless maneuvers on the freeway being inconsiderate of the cars and traffic around them! especially with a trailer in the back attached to the vehicle that’s a GREAT way to cause an accident . do better !
Terrible people terrible workers. Blocks driveways rude to people around them. Asking them nicely to move doesn’t work they will wave you off like your nothing and continue to block it. The fact that you have to go as far as calling the company and speaking with someone. For them to listen is crazy because they should be able to position themselves where they are not blocking anyone’s access to their home in case of an emergency situation they are in the way. Because they are to lazy or incompetent to figure out how to park. Smh
My neighbors are getting service from Tony Gomez Tree Service & Landscape Management this morning. They're in their driveway chipping away at the tree they've cut down and they didn't even bother to come over to ask me to move my brand new car away from where they are working. My car is filthy and covered in dust and wood chips, so is my driveway and the street in front of my home. I called the number on the truck to speak with someone and spoke to a women who wasn't very helpful. She asked me if I spoke to the crew...why would I go over there while they're actively using heavy machinery to chip wood, and using chainsaws? The crew is covered from head to toe in protective gear, do you think I'm going over in my sweats and slippers? Sure, that seems smart and safe, I'll walk right over and talk to them now. Anyway, she called me back and laughed at my concerns which I found to be rude and obnoxious. As a new homeowner who needs to get landscaping work and tree trimming done, I'll never use this service or recommend it to anyone. They made a great lasting impression with their lack of concern and customer service, they should care more about how their affecting the neighbors and area of the clients they're servicing.
